Since its inception the ILLL has been committed to upgrading knowledge of advanced learners in the fields of ICT, creation of e-contents and discipline centric courses. The advanced learners are not merely teachers but also heads of various institutions who need to adapt themselves to the use of ICT to facilitate teaching and administration. English: The Academic Writing program, funded by ONGCF, was held from February 6th to March 31st, 2023, and offered 60 admissions for this year's session. This program aimed to enhance the writing skills of participants, providing them with a comprehensive understanding of academic writing principles and practices, and empowering them to produce high-quality written work in English.

On April 24th, 2023, a special event was held to commemorate the 132nd birth anniversary of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, which coincided with the valedictory session of the 'Academic Writing Workshop'. This occasion marked the culmination of the workshop, which aimed to hone the writing skills of participants, and paid tribute to the legacy of Dr. Ambedkar, a champion of social justice and equality.
A Lecture Cum Workshop on Mission Drug Free Campus was organized in collaboration with the Narcotics Control Bureau, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, on June 15th and 16th, 2023.
